Tuckshop Menu Planning Project ECHO® Series

A FREE 5 part online series running during Term 2 for all QAST members.

Increase your knowledge and skills in planning a school tuckshop menu and be part of an online tuckshop community for support and guidance

The series starts on Tuesday the 27th of April from 2-3pm and will run fortnightly until the 22nd of June. The series has been specifically designed with a different topics covered each session, so you should attend each session to get the most out of the series.

  4. Smart Choices Food and Drink Supply Strategy
  5. Marketing strategies
  6. Ongoing improvement


Online interactive fortnightly sessions run over Zoom (we can run a short Zoom tutorial beforehand if required).

Expert Panel: QAST, Health and Wellbeing Queensland, Department of Education and convenors from award-winning tuckshops including Oakleigh State School and Cavendish Road State High School.

Everyone learns from each other!

Each session includes:
A short presentation from the expert panel on our weekly topic. Most of the session is dedicated to a tuckshop sharing their current challenges and an opportunity for the entire group to brainstorm and provide suggestions on how to tackle these challenges.
