Ingredients

1eachBroccoli
1eachEgg
1cupShredded Low Fat Cheese
1tspSmoked Paprika
0.5cupBreadcrumbs
60gRice

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees, line baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Chop broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Mix together chopped broccoli, egg, shredded low fat cheese & smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls and coat/ roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place tray into oven & bake for 10 minutes.
