Ingredients

1Kgchicken breast cut in to small chunks
1tbspoil
100gdiced onion
1tspgarlic, crushed
1tspgrated root ginger
1tspgaram masala
1tspground cumin
1tspsweet paprika
1tspturmeric
1tspchicken stock power / reduced salt
400gcan of diced tomatoes
250mlphiladelphia reduced fat cooking cream

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook chicken for 5 minutes. rnAdd onions and saute.rnReduce the heat; stir in garlic, ginger, spices stock powder and cook for 1 minute.rnAdd tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.rn
  2. Stir in Philadelphia reduced fat cooking cream and simmer until heated through. rn
  3. Spoon chicken and sauce over rice.
