Ingredients

2tbspVegetable oil
1KgChicken breast cubed
2eachOnions, diced
2eachButter chicken simmer sauce, jar
300gGreen beans
500grice
300gsweet potato

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan. Add chicken and stir until golden.
  2. Add onion and continue to cook for another 2 minutes or until golden.
  3. Add the butter chicken sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes. If adding beans, add towards the end and simmer until tender.
  4. Divid cooked rice into containers and top with butter chicken.
