500gBoneless chicken tight
1KgPotato
2eachCarrot
1cupGreen Pea
1eachOnion
3eachEgg
2eachCucumber pickles
1unitSalt and Black pepper (each)
1cupMayonnaise (low fat)
1cupSour cream
2tbspLemon juice

Method

  1. Place the chicken pieces, onion and 1 teaspoon salt in a pan with enough water to cover the chicken. Cover and cook until the chicken softened. Shred using 2 forks.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes, carrot and eggs individually in medium sized pans with enough water to cover them.
  3. Chop the boiled potato, egg, carrot and pickles into small cubes.
  4. Mix them properly with shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, green pea and lemon juice.
  5. Add enough salt and black pepper for taste.
  6. Serve individually or in a bread roll or wrap as a sandwich.
