Choc Chip Muffins
Heat Oven to 200C. Melt 180g butter/marg, mix 1 1/4 cups low fat milk and two eggs. Mix well and set aside. Line muffin pans with 18 patty pans. Sift 2 1/2 cups SR Flour, 1 tspn baking powder, 1-2 Tbsns cocoa, add 1/2 cup dark choc chips, 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix dry ingredients, add wet. Mix well, put in muffin pans and bake for 18 minutes. These are a hit at our school.
