Ham and Cheese Scroll
2cupSelf raising flour
1.25cupLow fat Greek yoghurt
0.25cupBolognaise pasta sauce
0.5cupReduced fat grated cheese
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with paper.
- Mix flour and yoghurt to form a smooth ball and knead for 5 minutes.
- Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle. Spread sauce and top with ham and u00bd cup of grated cheese. Roll up from long side and cut into 3cm thick slices. Place cut side up onto tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Baked fresh in the tuckshop daily using a traditional recipe with Greek yoghurt.
A variety of toppings can be added. Try combinations such as spinach and feta or basil pesto with capsicum which work well for catering. This recipe can be frozen.
