500gLean Pork Mince
2tbspMiso Paste
2tbspRice Vinegar
1tbspSesame Oil
2Minced Garlic (cloves)
2tbspLow Salt Soy Sauce
0.5cupOyster Sauce
2Udon Noodles (pre-cooked)
3eachSpring Onion
1Bok Choy or Pak Choy

Method

  1. Cook pork mince in a pan and place udon noodles in boiling water to soften
  2. Whilst the mince is cooking, make the sauce in a jug. Add and combine the miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, low salt soy sauce & oyster sauce to a jug.
  3. Add sauce and noodles to the mince and mix through. Just before serving add the book choy or pan choy and half of the spring onions.
  4. Sprinkle remaining spring onions on top and serve.
