500gLean Pork Mince
2unitMinced Garlic (cloves)
2tbspLow Salt Soy Sauce
2unitUdon Noodles (pre-cooked)
1unitBok Choy or Pak Choy
- Cook pork mince in a pan and place udon noodles in boiling water to soften
- Whilst the mince is cooking, make the sauce in a jug. Add and combine the miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, low salt soy sauce & oyster sauce to a jug.
- Add sauce and noodles to the mince and mix through. Just before serving add the book choy or pan choy and half of the spring onions.
- Sprinkle remaining spring onions on top and serve.
