Ingredients

1KgLean beef mince
1KgDolmio Bolognese Pasta Sauce
500gTomato paste
4pinchesSalt
2Carrots, grated
2Zucchini, grated
1Red apple, peel, cored and grated
500KgSpiral pasta
100greduced-fat cheese, grated

Method

  1. Using a large slow cooker (cooking time aprox 3 hours)rncombine, stir well and cook Mince, Sauces, Salt and grated vegies
  2. When mince is thoroughly cooked, cook pasta in salted water
  3. Mix pasta with Bolognese mixture in a very large bowl and divide into 25 x 300ml rectangular containers. Sprinkle with cheese before putting lid on

Variations

Can be frozen in containers. Defrost overnight or in microwave before heating in pie warmer at 160 C.
