Recipe description
Wraps and salad kits are big sellers in food courts and supermarkets. Using these ideas, your customers get to pick and choose the contents of their own wrap or they can graze over the contents of their kit as a salad. This is a perfect way to combine the ease of precooked products like chicken tender strips with salad ingredients to make a healthy meal.
Variations
Tips:
Squeeze the Tandoori sauce onto chicken strips before heating. Add heated chicken strips from the warmer last or in ordered to keep salad ingredients crisp. They can also be served chilled with the rest of the kit ingredients.
