Tracey Fraser Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad
10eachChicken breast, diced
3cupLite cheese, grated
300mlLite sour cream
300mlSweet chilli sauce
- Cook the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C
- While the chicken breast is cooking, using your preferred packaging, assemble the lettuce, cheese and halved cherry tomatoes
- Spoon sweet chilli sauce and lite sour cream into 30ml containers with lids and add to salad
- When the chicken breast is cooked, cut into bite sized pieces and add to the top of the salad

The recipe can also be made into a wrap by spreading the wrap with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce and topping with salads and cooked chicken.
