Recipe description

Thank you to the team at Coombabah State Primary School for sharing this recipe.

Variations

The longer you leave the mixture before cooking the more it will thicken. This will give you more of a burger consistency. Can be served with a side salad or on a gluten free roll (optional) as a yummy veggie burger. Patties can be frozen and reheated in an oven or pie warmer.
