A good range of tuckshop made, GREEN hot options alongside sushi, sandwiches and salads. Overall menu rating will be improved by reducing range of amber snacks and removing red items. Potato gems red as fried in manufacture. Nachos may be sold with toasted pita bread or similar. Puff pastry items red with high saturated fat content- savoury scrolls as alternative. Cookies with choc chips or other confectionary red. chips red. Flavoured waters red. Chocolate shake red with added confectionary.
Reduced range of snacks will also create greater kitchen efficiency.
