Thank you for submitting your menu. There is a lovely selection of fresh, healthy items for students to choose from. Two items that have been rated RED and should be removed as they do not meet Smart Choices are the tortilla chips (assumed this is a commercial product) in the nachos dish. These could be substituted with baked wraps/tortillas for example. Butter is rated RED. The spud without the butter would be rated GREEN. We would be happy to review the menu again if you do make suggested changes.
