Menu includes a nice range of green sandwiches and snacks, but hot options are dominated by amber heat and serve items that are also less profitable. Focus on providing simple range of tuckshop made items like burgers with salad, pizza, meatball sub etc and limit competing options. Crumbed chicken products to be served with vegetables/salad in some way- with veggie sticks, corn cob, fried rice or on a wrap with salad.
