A small range of options suitable for a one day per week menu. However given the tuckshop is currently run by a volunteer, consider offering a meal deal that changes weekly to create greater efficiency. This would also provide the opportunity to market through different meals each week to go a with a theme - i.e. around the world specials. If offering a hot dog, replace Oz Dog with an AMBER frankfurt. Focus hot meals on tuckshop made wet dishes made in bulk, like pasta bolognaise, fried rice, curry, etc.
