The menu has a lot of great salad bowl options for the students to choose from, well done. Items such as wedges, Up & Go's are rated red under the Smart Choices guidelines. These guidelines are highly encourage for Private schools. QAST would be happy to assist Carlisle Adventist College to move towards a Smart Choices compliant menu.
