There are some nice fruit and dairy based snacks available but overall menu is dominated by heat and serve amber options, with a number of red items also to be removed or altered. Focus on providing simple tuckshop made meals like pizza, burgers with salad, curries, cottage pie, etc. Recipe ideas available on eMenu. Potato products fried in manufacture are red- gems and chips. Crumbed chicken products to be served with vegetables/salad in some way- chicken chilli wrap, with coleslaw, corn cob etc otherwise red. Chips to be removed. Check all cookies meet criteria- submit recipe to QAST if needed.
