Positive to see tuckshop made bolognaise and pizza, plus some green snacks, but overall menu dominated by amber heat and serve options and has a number of red options. Focus on providing a small range of tuckshop made hot items that are more profitable than amber, heat and serve items- as a minimum make pricing even amongst hot items to increase sales of homemade items. Jelly, choc chip cookies, sports water and ricotta roll red. Crumbed chicken products must be served with vegetables/salad in some way- veggie sticks, corn cob, fried rice otherwise remove.
