Well done to the team on achieving a 4 star menu! A great improvement on previous menus. A nice range of meal deals with creative names plus a range of green sandwiches, toasties, wraps and burgers. There are some lower priced heat and serve amber items that are detracting sales from tuckshop made items with higher profit margins- consider pricing review or reducing availability of these items to increase overall tuckshop profitability. Keep an eye out for tuckshop of the year nominations later this year.
