Great job offering daily specials like bolognaise, sushi and butter chicken that are tuckshop made. However they are competing against very low priced amber items like pies and hot dogs. Focus marketing on tuckshop made items that are more profitable and nutritious and offer daily. Reduce overall menu size to make more efficient. Be careful of discounts on lunch packs. Remove all red options- rice crackers, jelly and garlic bread. Serve chicken tender as part of a meal, like on a wrap with salad or in a box with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and carrot sticks.
