Review completed for life education healthy eats project. Great to see a good proportion of the tuckshop menu is green, including sandwiches, salads, toasties and hot meals like quiche and pasta bake. Limit hot meal choices to a small range of these tuckshop made items that are more nutritious and profitable, by removing competing amber items. Make sure hot dog meets amber criteria if it is kept on the menu. Remove red items - potato wedges and choc muffin. Serve crumbed chicken with vegetables in some way, like veggie sticks, corn cob or on a wrap with salad.
