Review completed for Life Education Healthy Eats Project. There is a small range of GREEN wraps, rolls and sandwiches but the majority of menu is focused on commercial heat and serve style meals that are both less nutritious and less profitable for the tuckshop. Review main meals to a small range of tuckshop made items like pasta bolognaise, pizza or taco boats. Remove red items from menu- confectionary for ice cream, nutella, jelly, salami stick. Crumbed fish and chicken need to be served with vegetables- veggie sticks, corn cob or other. Only offer 99% fruit juice not fruit drinks.
