Thank you for submitting you menu for review. There is a nice mix of fresh items for the students to choose from. The two red items should be removed/modified. Kabana is red and should be removed from the platter. Once removed the platter it will be rated green. Chicken nuggets sold on their own are red, if sold with salad/vegetables they will be amber or green, depending on the amount of vegetables included. I notice there are no ice blocks listed on the menu, if you do have them it will change the rating. We are happy to review again.
