There are some green sandwiches, salads and fruit based snack options but overall menu contains a large proportion of amber options. Focus should be on GREEN tuckshop made meals that are more profitable.
Red items to be removed- chips, krazy lemon and chocolate popcorn. Chocolate muffin red if contains chocolate chips and unlikely to meet fibre requirement. Nuggets to be served as a meal with vegetables otherwise red- serve with corn cob, veggie sticks, fried rice or on a sub or wrap. Nachos red with corn chips- serve with toasted pita or on a loaded jacket potato.
