There are a nice range of tuckshop made options like pizza, spaghetti bolognaise, fried rice and burgers, alongside sushi, wraps and sandwiches. Reduce overall number of menu options for greater kitchen efficiency and stock control - ie one yoghurt, one juice and one flavoured milk only. Offer hot dishes as rotating daily specials if wishing to retain variety of options. Focus promotion on tuckshop made options- perhaps as a themed meal deal. Offer burgers with salad as standard. Remove red items- krazy lemon, nuggets served without vegetables/salad, iced tea and hash brown. Encouraged to revise and resubmit for new rating.
