There are some GREEN tuckshop made items like pizza, baked potatoes and hot pockets, but overall menu dominated by amber items. Focus on offering a small range of tuckshop made versions of current meals that would be more nutritious and profitable- fried rice, pasta dishes, curry etc. Remove red items from menu- lamingtons, jelly and LOLs. Serve nuggets with veggies in some way - on a wrap, with fried rice portion, veggie sticks, etc. Develop menu goals in consultation with school community (certain % green) if goals are not to meet Smart Choices strategy.
