Consider removal of amber commercial hot items as they are priced lower and detracting sales from tuckshop made green options with higher profit margins. Work towards removing products highlighted in grey to be compliant with updated Smart Choices guidelines. Crumbed chicken products to be served with salad/vegetables. Remove ice cream sundae if contains syrups/confectionary. Cordial cup red but no longer sold.
