A good range of toasties, rolls, sandwiches and burgers but overall menu dominated by commercial heat and serve items like pies and sausage rolls that are less nutritious and less profitable for the tuckshop. Revise menu to a smaller range of meals with a focus on tuckshop made items like curry, pasta dishes, burritos that can be made in bulk and frozen. Remove red items from menu- hash browns, wedges, large ice break, up&Go and chips. All crumbed items are red unless served with vegetables- fried rice portion, on a wrap as sushi bowl etc. Contact QAST if questions.
