A great range of GREEN tuckshop made daily specials, alongside green snacks, wraps and burgers. Consider removing or altered pricing of competing amber hot items which are less profitable but currently cheaper so more attractive for students. Focus on marketing tuckshop made profitable items. Remove or alter red items. Wedges to be served with protein and salad/coleslaw- alternative baked potato with mince/salsa/bean topping. Nachos red due to corn chips- toasted pita bread or taco boats as alternative. Chips and jelly red. Cakes containing confectionary/icing red. Drinks other than 99% juice, milk and water are red.
