There are some nice GREEN main meals like sushi, rice paper rolls, burgers and toasties. However overall menu contains large amount of amber items, and some red options. As a small school focus on offering 3-4 hot meals only with a focus on tuckshop made items that are more profitable. Items like pasta bolognaise, fried rice, curries and butter chicken can be made in bulk and frozen. Reduce overall menu size to make more efficient. Use 'Joeys' in marketing activities.
