As a private school where Smart Choices is encouraged, not mandatory, determine goals for the tuckshop and menu in consultation with your school community. There are some great ideas on this menu, like busy bee boxes and birthday options but many red items. Menu should be focused on tuckshop made meals that are both nutritious and profitable- this will require a food licence for the tuckshop. Items like burgers, pizza, taco boats or pasta dishes.
