Menu dominated by heat and serve style AMBER commercial items. Menu should be revised to focus on tuckshop made GREEN items, using opportunities to provide a range of cultural dishes based on the school community profile. Red items to be removed; spinach and ricotta roll, chips and flavoured mineral water. Chicken pattie does not meet amber criteria- swap to another brand.
