Recommended to start afresh on menu, with current menu dominated by heat and serve amber products and few tuckshop made options which would be both more nutritious and more profitable for the tuckshop. Sample menus available on eMenu to provide ideas, as well as recipes for a range of tuckshop made meals.
If remaining with this menu, work towards removal of all grey items to align with revised Smart Choices guidelines. Nuggets can be kept if served with salad/vegetables.
