There are some nice simple GREEN options available on the menu. Consider reducing overall number of options available for greater efficiency of one day per week operation. Alternating weekly meal deal for example. Focus on producing simple tuckshop made hot items as main meal, as greatest profitability plus a fruit/veg/dairy based snack. Main meals could include nachos, spaghetti bolognaise, burgers with salad, fried rice. Perhaps using an around the world theme that changes weekly. Visit eMenu for further ideas.
