QAST exists to support tuckshops by:

• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with government, industry and education stakeholders.
• Connecting tuckshops across Queensland to share knowledge, ideas and success stories.
• Delivering accredited, high-quality training to build skills, confidence and capability among tuckshop staff and volunteers.
• Advocating for tuckshops to ensure their voices are heard in policy, funding and education discussions.
• Creating opportunities to link tuckshop activities with the school curriculum, supporting real-life learning and student engagement.
