Standing Offer Arrangements

The Department of Education (Procurement Branch) is responsible for the Food and Tuckshop Supplies standing offer arrangement (SOA) and the Online Ordering System SOA, which are both applicable in Queensland state schools.

SOAs can help tuckshops and P&Cs choose suppliers that have already been approved by the Department of Education.
