Apple Tea Cake Muffin

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Chop up Apple finely leave the skin on or blitz in a food processor.
- Add the apple margarine and skim milk to the bowl and mix through don't over beat.
- Pour the mix into muffin pans and place in the oven for between 12 to 15 minutes. Check they are cooked and then remove and cool on a tray.
This tasty treat brings back memories of the once popular Apple Tea Cake.
Any fruit would be acceptable for this recipes such as berries, pear, stone fruits etc.
