1KgMince beef
2Taco seasoning packets
1tinBlack beans
1cupCorn
1Onion brown
1Lettuce
5Tomatoes
1/2KgCheese grated
1jarSalsa
Method
- Brown onions then add beef mince and and brown
- Add corn, black beans, taco Seasoning and water. Use 1/4 cup of this mixture per serve.
- Prep salad, shred lettuce shredded, dice tomato diced and grate cheese,
- Assemble taco boat, add mince mixture, top with cheese and prepared salad.
- Top with 1 tsp salsa

Soft Taco boat with taco-seasoned beef mince, onion and corn. Served with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, topped with tomato salsa.
