2.5cupReduced fat milk
1unitGreen apple, diced or grated
- Combine oats and milk in a saucepan, add sultanas and bring to the boil stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 1 minute and stir through diced apple.
- Serve into insulated cups or bowls and top with a tablespoon of toasted muesli or crumbled honey oat slice.
A filling breakfast to energise for the day with sultanas, apple and a crunchy muesli topping.
