Ingredients

1cupRolled oats
2.5cupReduced fat milk
0.5cupSultanas
1unitGreen apple, diced or grated
0.25cupToasted muesli

Method

  1. Combine oats and milk in a saucepan, add sultanas and bring to the boil stirring occasionally.
  2. Simmer for 1 minute and stir through diced apple.
  3. Serve into insulated cups or bowls and top with a tablespoon of toasted muesli or crumbled honey oat slice.
