Bok Choy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
400gChicken breast, chopped
2unitBok choy, bunch
1tbspGinger paste
1tbspGarlic, minced
1tbspOlive oil
1tbspOyster sauce
1tbspSoy sauce
1/4cupWater
Pepper to taste
Brown basmati rice
Method
- Prepare ingredients. Chop Bok choy into chunks and chicken breast into bite sized pieces
- Mix soy sauce and chicken together
- Heat oil in pan to a medium-high heat. Put chicken in the pan and cook until golden
- Add garlic, ginger, water, oyster sauce
- Add Bok choy and cook for 2 minutes
- Serve with brown basmati rice
