400gChicken breast, chopped
2unitBok choy, bunch
1tbspGinger paste
1tbspGarlic, minced
1tbspOlive oil
1tbspOyster sauce
1tbspSoy sauce
1/4cupWater
Pepper to taste
Brown basmati rice

Method

  1. Prepare ingredients. Chop Bok choy into chunks and chicken breast into bite sized pieces
  2. Mix soy sauce and chicken together
  3. Heat oil in pan to a medium-high heat. Put chicken in the pan and cook until golden
  4. Add garlic, ginger, water, oyster sauce
  5. Add Bok choy and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Serve with brown basmati rice
