Ingredients

1.5KgBeef chuck or rump steak, cut into 2cm pieces
3TspGarlic, minced
1EachOnion, chopped
2EachRosemary sprigs
1.6KgTinned tomatoes
3TbspTomato paste
2EachBay leaves
1CupVegetable stock
1TspPepper

Method

  1. Brown beef in batches and add to a slow cooker
  2. Next brown onion and garlic and add to slow cooker
  3. Add rosemary, tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, stock, pepper and vegetables to slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
  4. Serve with rice and enjoy
