Braised Beef Ragu

1.5KgBeef chuck or rump steak, cut into 2cm pieces
- Brown beef in batches and add to a slow cooker
- Next brown onion and garlic and add to slow cooker
- Add rosemary, tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, stock, pepper and vegetables to slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Serve with rice and enjoy
