Butter Chicken with Rice

1KgChicken breast cubed
2eachButter chicken simmer sauce, jar
- Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan. Add chicken and stir until golden.
- Add onion and continue to cook for another 2 minutes or until golden.
- Add the butter chicken sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes. If adding beans, add towards the end and simmer until tender.
- Divid cooked rice into containers and top with butter chicken.
Additional vegetables can be added, great for using any left over vegetables.
