- Tear washed cos lettuce leaves or chop using a plastic salad knife.
- Toss through bacon, parmesan cheese and dressing.
- Place in tubs for serving and top with croutons and boiled egg.
Traditional Caesar Salad with lettuce, bacon, croutons, parmesan cheese, boiled egg and reduced fat Caesar dressing.
Leave the croutons to last to keep them from going soggy. These are quick and easy to make on site using leftover sliced bread. Simply cut into cubes, spread on a baking tray and lightly spray with oil. Bake for a few minutes, tossing occasionally until golden brown, and store in an airtight container. Cooked chicken meat can also be added for a delicious Chicken Caesar which is also perfect for using in a salad wrap.
