1Canned condensed potato and leek soup
500gDiced cooked chicken meat
Rice to serve
- Heat soup without adding liquid.
- Add curry powder, frozen vegetables and cooked chicken and heat through.
- Adjust consistency with milk and heat through.
- Serve with rice.
These meals are ideal for feeding a crowd on short notice, using just a few back up ingredients from your pantry that can be kept on hand in case of any emergency. Any left overs can also be served in jaffles.
Sweet and Sour Chicken: 4 cups vegetable combination, frozen. 1 can Condensed tomato soup. 500g Diced cooked chicken meat. 1 small can pineapple drained. Rice to serve. Follow the preparation and cooking instructions in the above recipe.
