So versatile, serve on its own or in a wrap or burger. Refrigerates well and is best after chilling, with or without reduced fat dressing.
Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, reduced fat, 3 tbsp vinegar, seasoning. Use vegan mayonnaise for a vegan version.
