1cupLow fat grated cheese
- Beat milk and eggs. Add zucchini, corn and ham.
- Add flour and low fat cheese.
- Pour into greased slice tin or small muffin trays.
- Bake in oven at 180u02da C for 20-25 minutes.
Delicious quiche baked in the tuckshop with Spring vegetables and leg ham.
Try adding other mixed vegetables for taste and colour variation. Replace ham with tomato for simple vegetarian slice.
