Easy Mince Curry

Ingredients
500gbeef mince
1tsp/clove garlic
1onion
2tablespoons curry powder
1beef stock cube
1/4cabbage
2cups frozen peas
2carrots
1zucchini
200ggreen beans
Cooked rice
Method
- Wash and grate or chop all vegetables. Finely chop or crush garlic.
- Add mince, garlic and onion to a frying pan and cook on a medium-high heat until mince has browned.
- Add curry powder and crumble stock cube into pan. Stir to combine.
- Add cabbage and peas and cook for 5 minutes. Add a little water if the curry becomes too dry.
- Add carrot, zucchini and green beans and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
