Ingredients
1cupWholemeal flour, self-raising
1cupRolled Oats
1cupCoconut, shredded
1cupMixed died fruit
0.75cupRaw sugar
125gMargarine, melted
1unitEgg, lightly beaten
1tbspGolden Syrup
0.25cupMixed seeds (sesame, poppy and sunflower)
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 160c (140c fan forced). Grease and line a 26x28 cm slice tray
- Melt margarine, sugar and golden syrup on the stove top to ensure the sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mixing until well combined.
- Press mixture into the slice tray and bake for 25 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool before removing from the tray.

Quick and easy slice with mixed dry fruit, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and coconut.
Variations
Can use only sesame seeds or replace mixed fruit with cranberries or sultanas.
