4unitEggs, hard boiled and quartered
500gNew potatoes, halved and boiled until tender (skin on if possible)
0.5cupMayonnaise, reduced fat
1unitLettuce, small finely chopped
1unitRed onion, small finely chopped
2cupNatural reduced fat yoghurt
- Toss prepared ingredients and chill before serving.
